Dr. Emily Kim prides herself in gentle and compassionate care for her patients. She understands that the dentist may not be a place of comfort for many and takes time to make sure the patient is at ease. Dr. Kim also believes in patient education and takes time to explain and answer any questions during appointments.

Dr. Kim received her Doctor of Dental Surgery from Stony Brook University School of Dental Medicine. Following graduation from dental school she completed a residency program in General Dentistry at New York Presbyterian Hospital-Weill Cornell Campus in Manhattan. She received her undergraduate degree from Boston College with a major in Biology and minor in Sociology and a master’s degree in Physiology and Biophysics from Georgetown University.

Dr. Kim is Invisalign certified and is currently a member of the American Dental Association, New York State Dental Association, and the Queens County Dental Society. During her spare time she enjoys photography and figure skating.
